Alix is a qualified vet who worked in a large equine practice in Berkshire for 15 years, latterly as a partner, before moving into a commercial veterinary role in 2022. She now lives locally with her young family, and has had a longstanding relationship with the Farm, joining as a Trustee in August 2024.

She periodically rolls up her sleeves to provide routine care to the Farm's donkeys. She is passionate about the value of green spaces in the local community, and enabling local people to engage with animals and nature.
