We know that isolating at home can be a lonely process so we are streaming our much-loved holiday cooking sessions hoping a community cook up can boost spirits πͺπ»
Cook along recipes will be streamed via Facebook live at 11.30am! We will show you how to make creamy tomato risotto and potato and black bean hash for you to enjoy as a midweek lunch! π₯π₯¬π
Here are the ingredients for todayβs risotto:
500g of passata
800ml vegetable stock
2 shallots
4 garlic cloves
1 rosemary sprig
250g risotto rice
300g cherry tomato
Large handful of basil
4 tbsp grated vegetarian parmesan
1 tsp crushed red pepper flake
large bunch of swiss chard
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
oil
salt and pepper
knob of butter
Donβt worry if you cannot get all the ingredients, now is the best time to get inventive with substitutions!
