We know that isolating at home can be a lonely process so we are streaming our much-loved holiday cooking sessions hoping a community cook up can boost spirits 💪🏻
Cook along recipes will be streamed via Facebook live at 11.30am: this week’s recipes will celebrate Kale; a farm favourite produce! We will show you how to make a delicious Frittata and homemade Pizzas for you to enjoy as a midweek lunch! 🥘🥬🍕
Here are the ingredients for today’s Frittata:
1-2 onions
a few potatoes
200g kale
2 tsp balsamic vinegar
4 eggs
100g cheese
oil
salt and pepper
Don’t worry if you cannot get all the ingredients, now is the best time to get inventive with substitutions!
