We know that isolating at home can be a lonely process so we are streaming our much-loved holiday cooking sessions hoping a community cook up can boost spirits 💪🏻
Cook along recipes will be streamed via Facebook live at 11.30am: this week’s recipes will celebrate Chard! We will show you how to make savoury vegetable cakes and stuffed chard leaves for you to enjoy as a midweek lunch! 🥘🥬🍕
Here are the ingredients for today’s savoury cakes:
10 chard leaves
80g potato or parsnip
1 small onion
1 garlic clove
1 egg
20g plain flour
35g of cheese
1 tbsp fresh coriander
cooking oil
salt and pepper
Don’t worry if you cannot get all the ingredients, now is the best time to get inventive with substitutions!
